Appalachian Sports and you.

It has been awhile folks out there in the blogasphere. I can tell you since our last posting the Mountaineers have been very busy. We are staring down a second round game against Southern Illinois and a chance to pound some Saluki ass. A saluki is a hound dog from the sighthound family. With this said they hunt by sight rather than smell. You are probably asking yourself what this has to do with the game on Saturday. Absolutely nothing. I was happy that the University realized that the basketball game against Davidson was at 3:30 and since everybody would be at the playoff football game at 2:30 it would be a huge conflict. The Davidson game is at 7pm now giving our fans enough time to regroup and rediscover their buzz for a basketball game versus one of our toughest opponents. Fans get in to the B-ball game free when they present their football ticket. Watch out for App basketball this year. Anyway back to ESPN and college hoops not to mention the Michael Irvin Car Search Game. peace out nizzles.

WE LOVE US SOME FOOTBALL.

"You come out and see 25,000 in a stadium that holds 17,000 - man, that's ridiculous," Williams said. "You know it's crazy when you see people sitting on the soccer locker room and up in the trees."

Where do you begin? Most optimistic of course. http://www.soconsports.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=4000&ATCLID=212705 ASU! What else you got to say? They absolutely dominated arch, in state rival Western North Cak. Put it to 'em. Sipping the sweetness that flows from the Ole Mountain Jug. Back in the hands of Yosef. Adam Sandler can kiss my ass. We gotta beat Elon((College)University(Fighting Christians?) Phoenix?) first though..............................................................................................chirp?, chirp?
When will the game be played on Nov 26th in the first round? Will it be snowing? Wind Chill -31!, do what? School record home winning streak. Put yourself in position with hard work. bring it. I will bet we see the Chanticleers again.
