Actually, Blog, it wasn't a horse that died on Chappaquidick...and I do suspect that Mr. Cheney may have been lubricated as well...but young Mr. Kennedy did rehab prior to going to college, let alone over the last Christmas break from Congress, for Chrissake. Do you think he doesn't know that he is addictive and must practice total abstinence from ALL mood altering substances, and that in doing so he is supposed to tell even the Capitol Hill physician about his problem and probably find that if he is not in a controlled environment, that no prescrition drugs will be offered.
